Our beef-specific enhancer reduces your costs while improving yields and blending well at a one-third minimum ratio in applications such as burgers, meatballs, and taco meat.
In the case of burgers, our classic enhancer takes mushroom-blending to the next level, boosting umami flavor while preventing shrinkage and maintaining protein levels—all for a lower cost than mushrooms alone (and more affordable than beef, too!).
